Alerts and Timeline

EloView now monitors device alerts and sends notification emails based on the severity of the issue.

Types of Alerts

  • P1 Severity - (instant emails)
  • Application install triggered from Device using local app or FileExplorer
  • P2 and P3 severity - (daily summary emails)
  • Data Reset triggered from Device
  • Device Reboot
  • Device Network Configuration change
  • Control Panel Unlock
  • Application uploaded to portal

You can enable or disable email notifications for each account user.


You can also switch to the 'Timeline' view for a chonological breakdown of all device notifications within the past 24 hours.
